The 55-second clip shows many of the show's characters in the drama's ninth season, including James Lafferty's Nathan tied to a chair being punched.
One Tree Hill will air 13 episodes from January 11, with various past stars returning in some form, including Chad Michael Murray.
Murray confirmed that he will return for the final season as Lucas to help out Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti).
