'Grey's Anatomy': 'She's Gone' in pictures

We've already brought you photos from the first part of tonight's Grey's Anatomy premiere, so how about some pictures from the second instalment?

'She's Gone' will see the doctors continuing to deal with the aftermath of that Seattle sinkhole, but of course that's not all that's going on. Meredith and Derek are still struggling to resolve their differences, Cristina will make a decision on her pregnancy, and Alex will realise that the others aren't exactly feeling warm towards him after he told on Meredith.
