The Vogue editor has joined the show following the news that fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker has joined the show in a multi-episode role.
She will play a character who works as the editor of vogue.com alongside Kurt (Chris Colfer) in New York.
Glee's executive producer Ryan Murphy has now revealed on his Twitter page that Wintour has come on board to help out with Parker's outfits.
"Guess who's helping us with Sarah Jessica Parker's costumes on GLEE?" he wrote. "The amazing Anna Wintour!"
Murphy teased that Kurt will have a positive storyline this season, tweeting that he will "triumph" at vogue.com, and joked that Rachel (Lea Michele) is in need of "a Sarah Jessica Parker makeover".
He also revealed his dream casting for the mother of Blaine (Darren Criss), saying: "Not sure [if we'll meet Blaine's dad], but you know who I want as BLAINE's mum? Catherine Zeta-Jones!"
Murphy, who joined Twitter on Monday, has already posted a photograph of Michele bonding with Parker's fellow guest star Kate Hudson on the Glee set.
