Reports of a possible secret union emerged after a Thursday night (July 5) broadcast of Snooki & JWoww, which featured an ultrasound picture with Snooki's name labeled as 'Nicole LaValle'.

Sources tell TMZ that the pregnant reality star insists that her name is still legally Nicole Polizzi, and she and LaValle have yet to walk down to aisle.
According to the sources, she attributes the name on the ultrasound picture to an accident made by the doctor's office.
Snooki recently revealed that although her pregnancy has been nerve-wracking, LaValle has been taking good care of her.
The Jersey Shore spinoff Snooki & JWoww continues to air Thursdays on MTV.
