The professional dancer, who has been part of the ABC competition since its second season, told The Huffington Post that she often has to research her celeb counterparts before being introduced to them for rehearsals.
"They give us a little bio before we meet them. I am horrible with celebrities and I don't know anyone other than the obvious ones like George Clooney and Brad Pitt," Burke explained.
"So they let us know so we can be like, 'Oh my god, I'm a huge fan of you.' I will tell you, every single person I did not know except Drew Lachey and Ian Ziering. I had to Google every other person I've danced with."
The 27-year-old also revealed her dream Dancing with the Stars partners, naming former US president Bill Clinton at the top of her list.
"If I could pick one person to dance with, it would be Bill Clinton or Bradley Cooper. I think Mr Clinton has a charm about him. He's very charming and I think he can talk his way into anything," she said.
Burke partnered with former NBA star Rick Fox last season and the pair were the seventh to be eliminated from the competition.
Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, Rob Kardashian and Christina Milian have been rumoured for the 13th season of Dancing with the Stars, which will premiere on September 19.
